He is a founding member of SD Global Services in India with a successful track record of starting and growing IT organizations from inception to successful ventures.
Debjani Paul
Associate Director – Delivery
Debjani Bhowmick Paul serves as the Associate Director and Head of Delivery at SD Global Services India Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in the software development industry.
She leads diverse, cross-functional teams across development, QA, DevOps, and business analysis, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex, enterprise-scale solutions. With a strong focus on Agile transformation and AI-powered practices, Debjani is passionate about future-proofing delivery models, enabling clients to achieve scalable growth and sustainable success.
She believes in building strategic partnerships, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning technology initiatives with evolving business priorities to deliver measurable impact and long-term value.

Deep Narayan serves as the Associate Director and Head of Technology at SD Global Services India Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Deep leads technology strategy and execution across the organization. He specializes in architecting scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms and integrating AI to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Deep is known for transforming complex business requirements into robust, future-ready solutions through modern architectural frameworks, event-driven design, and secure, cloud-native technologies. His leadership ensures that technology not only supports but accelerates business growth.

Udo Waibel
Member of the Board of Directors
Udo Waibel is CEO of Sierra Development LLC and also serves as Managing Director, Technology and Product Development at Riverside Micro-Cap Fund (RMCF). In this dual role he works across the entire portfolio of software-enabled companies within RMCF to advise them on product and technology related solutions as well as provide them with development resources through Sierra Development LLC.
Udo has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. He got his start at SAP in Germany. From there, he moved to the SF Bay area where he served in various roles of CTO and CPO, at HEAT Software, Sitecore and Oomnitza.
Udo joined Sierra Development as CEO in May 2024 with a primary focus of delivering high quality software across RMCF’s portfolio companies.

Eric Enghauser

Eric is the Chief Operations Officer for Sierra Development LLC and has over 25 years software development and delivery experience. He has led platform modernization and process transformation initiatives across a portfolio of FinTech solutions and has extensive experience leading geographically disbursed, cross functional teams.
